Ceremony and ceramics and celebrations.

Let it not be merely a cuppa. Make it intentional. Make it mindful. Gone are the days of rushed and worried and never enough time. Endless possibilities at your fingertips. Playful pieces, lovingly crafted. Wedged, poked, thrown, centred, pulled, dried, dipped, painted, brushed, sanded, and fired. A product of play, intention, growth and joy. Something birthed from nothing. Carefully crafted and cradled creations. Like life, it's messy. You never know what would happen. It doesn't happen overnight, it takes a lot of time and energy, sometimes these are happy accidents, sometimes you lose.
And, more often than not, you end up with something very beautiful.

Day 3 of birthday 𝐆𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐀𝐖𝐀𝐘!!!

This one’s close to my heart - my little hobby and passion for tangible arts translated into pottery amongst a pandemic pivot. It’s been a few years of dabbling in ceramics, and I am falling in love
