SHIPPING

This depends if you've pre-ordered, or have purchased a limited release item that's available. Items that are in stock will be shipped as soon as possible (pick up options are available if you're in Auckland). Shipping times do vary, and I appreciate your understanding. There are some delays in courier at the moment, but I'll try my best to get it to you as soon as possible. Please contact me (hello@pattylagera.com) if you need anything urgently, and I will do my very best to help out!

I charge a flat rate of $10 for New Zealand deliveries. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once it's been picked up by the courier, and then you'll have to sit in eager anticipation for a few days. If you're like me, I check my tracking link daily, lol. PO Boxes are sadly not allowed.

International quotes can be arranged (exciting) so please get in touch if you're across oceans (I hope you're doing well, wherever you are!)

PACKAGING

I am a woman who does a lot of online shopping (LOL) so your item will be carefully and meticulously wrapped in recycled packaging. The box may not be perfect, but the goodies inside will be full of magic and love. Hey, why not repurpose the box I send you, too? ;)

In the rare chance that your product comes damaged (I pray this never happens), please contact me immediately and we can (sob together and) go from there.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

My hope is that you are 1000% in love with your unique piece. However, if this is not the case, (I will run away weeping, no, I'm kidding, maybe not, unsure) please get in touch. As a small business (one-woman-band here folks), I am unable to take returns if you have simply changed your mind, so please, be mindful as you make your purchase.

If your item is damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours with an image of the tragedy, and we can chat further (mostly me contacting the courier to submit a damaged goods enquiry kind of thing). Ya gal will do her best.

All sales are made under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

PATTERY CARE

All my pieces are uniquely handmade with love from stoneware clay, and glazed accordingly so it's safe for food & beverages, and every day use (unless specified in the description). I truly hope they bring you joy and remind you to smile. Send through some photos of your pieces - I will cry tears of joy!

Your ol' mate turmeric, freaking spag bog and curry may stain (as always) so make sure to rinse them (don't be that guy who leaves them by the sink overnight, smh.)

They're safe to put in the dishwasher, although I highly recommend to handwash them and spend a little more quality time with your Pattery piece, just because it's so cute.

I've also heard that you'll need to be careful about thermal shock (rapid cooling/heating, kind of like an ice bath or sauna situation is what I imagine) — just like how it affects me — rapid changes in temperature can be quite uncomfortable and may cause damage.

PRIVACY

I will never share any information with any third party. Cross my heart. That info is stored with lock & key. I will only use your information to contact you about your order, shipment, and legal or tax reasons (I don't see how I'll need to do this lol but hey, you never know).

If you've signed up to the newsletter, you may receive the occasional newsletter with limited releases, the odd encouragement, and Pattery news and updates.

PAYMENT & PRICING

Pricing on the website is shown in New Zealand dollars, and it includes GST (woop). Shipping is additional and applied at checkout. I must receive the payment in full before fulfilling an order. I use Stripe for processing online payments.

ACCURACY

I try my very best to represent the product as accurately as possible through my images, but please note that there may be slight differences in colour, tone, and sizing. Think of it as a guide (like a Tinder profile, perhaps. You'll see the real thing and hope it matches their online presence haha.)

Each item is uniquely handmade, so variations will be present. Each Pattery piece is treated like my baby, MY PRECIOUS, I love each one of them, and I sincerely hope you do too. xx
