F A Q
What type of yoga do you teach?
Vinyasa. This is progressive and sequential, which provides more diversity and expresses creativity.
Do I have to be flexible?
Absolutely not! In my classes, you can go at your own pace. There is certainly no pressure or expectation to be flexible, or strong. Please come as you are, and listen to what your body needs. Flexibility and strength are what we are working towards, not pre-requisites.
My cues and guidance is simply an encouragement. If you need to take a breath, go in to childs pose, or sit in meditation for a few breaths, please do so. There is no judgment here.
What if I miss the live class?
I understand that the schedule might not work for you at all times — that's why you'll have access
Will I need props?
I will include notes in the email if you needs props. You can always substitue blocks for books, cans, or whatever you have at home. A chance to be creative here!
